We’ve noticed the use of illegal programs in the game and are taking this matter seriously. We’re monitoring activities and will take action against anyone using cheats or third-party tools. If violations are confirmed, penalties will be applied, and the results will be posted on our official Facebook.
Use of cheats and exploitation of bugs is strictly prohibited in our games. If caught, you could lose your game rights, and in severe cases, be permanently banned from 《Granado Espada M》.

– Using the game for profit or promoting ads.

– Spreading false information that could confuse the community.
– Creating or using illegal programs for harm.
– Using hacks or causing game errors.
– Changing in-game resources or causing problems.
– Using cheats or illegal accounts to make purchases.
– Violating the rights of other players or third parties.
– Engaging in criminal activities.
– Impersonating to be company staff.
– Breaking the game’s rules or laws.
– Leaking personal information.
Rules of Conduct
The following rules govern basic interaction within the Granado Espada M game and Granado Espada M social media and groups. Please be aware that failure to comply with these rules of conduct may result in the termination of your Granado Espada M game account according to the End User License Agreement (EULA).
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our personal information practices or relevant laws. We will indicate at the top of this policy when this policy was last updated. Please review this policy every time you access or use the services to make sure that you have reviewed the most recent version.
Permanent Ban – Player may be Account/IP Address/Computer banned from PlayPark and Granado Espada M if repeated offence on other accounts.
PlayPark and/or Granado Espada M Staffs shall reserve the right to suspend, ban, and/or punish a player or clan without prior notice for any violation as they deem necessary.
Illegal Trading and Dealings (RMT)

- Users are prohibited to advertise the intent to or commit the act of buying, trading, selling, sharing or transferring access of accounts, in-game cash or any other game-related feature to another Granado Espada M account or player through transactions involving the use of real money.
- Advertising non PlayPark Products – Users are prohibited to market, promote, advertise, or solicit within the Granado Espada M game or Granado Espada M social media and groups any product that is not related to the game.
- Use of PlayPark Products or services for illegal activities – All PlayPark Products and services are strictly to be used for legal activities only.
