At Granado Espada M, we are committed to building a positive, inclusive, and respectful community. To ensure Granado Espada M remains a safe and welcoming space for all players, we do not tolerate any form of verbal abuse as outlined in this policy and in our End User License Agreement (EULA).
🚫 Verbal Abuse Includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment or targeted insults
- Threats or intimidating remarks
- Offensive or obscene language
- Suicidal language or encouragement of self-harm
- Hate speech, including but not limited to:
– Racism
– Sexism
– Homophobia
– Any other discriminatory, derogatory, or harmful remarks
What Happens if a Player is Reported?
If a player is reported for verbal abuse and our team verifies the evidence as legitimate, the following actions may take place:
- Temporary chat suspension (duration based on the severity and offense history).
We manually review every report to ensure fairness. This is not an automated process—our team checks each case thoroughly before any action is taken.
Chat Ban Duration per Offense:

| 1st Offense | 1 Day |
| 2nd Offense | 5 Days |
| 3rd Offense & Beyond | 2 Weeks |
All decisions made by the Game Management Team are final and binding, and no appeals will be accepted. The Game Management Team also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict or terminate account access without prior notice when deemed necessary.
How to Report a Player
If you witness or experience verbal abuse in the game, we encourage you to report it. Please submit a screenshot of the abusive message through our official Google Form:
