Join the Season – Progress Quicker, Faster!

Q01: When does the Montoro Pre-Season start?

A:  Montoro Pre-Season will start on October 7, 2025 and will end on December 16, 2025. (10 Weeks)

Q02: What will happen to the Montoro server after the Pre-Season ends?

A: After the Pre-Season, the Montoro Server will be merged into the Felipe Server.

Q03: What will happen to my character progression on the Montoro server?

A: No progress will be lost — all your hard-earned gains will carry over!

Q04: What if I already have a character in Felipe on the same account — what will happen to the two characters?

A: You’ll need to select which family to keep — only one family can remain active in Felipe.

Q05: What will happen to the family that I don’t choose?

A: You will be required to choose which family to keep — without making a selection, you won’t be able to play the game. Ultimately, the additional family will be deleted.

Q06: What will happen to the Family Battle Power ranking and the Arena PvP ranking?

A: Your Family Battle Power will remain unchanged.

Q07: What is the level requirement to be eligible for the merge from the Montoro Pre-Season Server to the Felipe Server?

A: There is no level requirement — all families from the Montoro Pre-Season Server will be merged into the Felipe once the Pre-Season ends.

Q08: Can I transfer items from my Montoro character to my main character in Felipe, since they’re on the same account?

A: No, items cannot be transferred between characters, even if they’re on the same account. You’ll need to choose one family to continue playing in Felipe after the merge.

Q09: What if my family name in Montoro is duplicated in Felipe? Will there be any changes?

A: If your Montoro family name already exists in Felipe, it will automatically be modified by adding “_1” or “_2” to avoid duplication.

Q10: What will happen to the active faction on the Montoro server?

A: Only the faction leader’s character will remain in their respective faction. All other faction members will need to rejoin after the merge. Faction rename will follow the family duplicate name system.

Q11: What will happen to the items that are currently listed in the Auction Market?

A: All items will return to inventory, however for the characters that are not chosen or migrated, all their data will be deleted.

Q12: Can players change their selected family after the merge?

A: Once your selection is confirmed, you will not be able to change your chosen family.

Q13: What if I’m a new player and just created a character on the Montoro server — will I also receive the free items such as the 2x Epic Equipment Set, 135x Hero Trust Ticket, 2x Epic Wing Guarantee Ticket, and 1x Epic Pet Guarantee Ticket?

A: Yes, all new players who log in to the Montoro Server between 7th October and 15th December (until 23:59 GMT+8) will receive the Pre-Season Starter Gift, which includes those free items.

RECOMMENDATION:

If you wish to keep both families, we strongly recommend creating a new account for the Montoro Server instead of using the same one linked to Felipe. This ensures both families can be retained separately after the merge and prevents issues when selecting which family to keep. You can check this by comparing your Account UID — if the UID is the same, both families are under the same account.

⚔️ Tournament Format

• Structure: Single Elimination

• Early Rounds: Group A & Group B

🛠 TOURNAMENT MECHANICS

• Play using pre-made characters provided by the PlayPark team

• Matches will be hosted on the LOTD (QA Server)

• You’ll have 5 minutes to prepare your loadout before each match

• Match starts after the GM says “GO!” — then it’s time to FIGHT!

• Each round lasts 3 minutes

• Victory Conditions:

  • Defeat the opposing team to win

  • If the timer runs out, the team with more surviving heroes wins

  • Tiebreaker: Sudden Death — First kill wins

• Only Scout characters are allowed

• You’ll use level 120 pre-generated accounts

• All players will have the same gear and collection setups to ensure fairness
