Thank you to everyone who has shared their feedback regarding the Wing Summon Tickets. We have been closely monitoring your concerns and actively discussing the best path forward with the developers. We would like to share the immediate steps we are taking to update this system.
Phase 1: Transition Period
Duration: May 21, 2026 (Thursday) – May 26, 2026 (Tuesday) before Maintenance
(Please note this timeline is subject to change. Any updates will be communicated promptly.)
During this period, we will begin phasing out the current Wing Summon Tickets to prepare our shop infrastructure for the updated versions.
- Suspended Sales: The purchase options for packages containing the legacy Luxury Wing (1x & 11x) and Golden Wing (1x & 11x) Summon Tickets will be disabled in the following areas:
- 7-Days Luxury Summon Pack
- 7-Days Golden Summon Pack
- Mythic Wing Challenge Step
- Gigantia II Total Summon Pack
- Unaffected Areas (Legacy Content): Due to system and database dependencies, legacy tickets will remain inside other pre-existing areas, including Login/Exchange Events, Time-Limited In-Game Packs, and any shop packs introduced prior to May 21, 2026.
- Important Purchase Advisory: Because legacy packs cannot technically be altered mid-cycle, any purchases made from these pre-existing “Unaffected Areas” during this period will distribute the original legacy versions of the tickets. We kindly ask players to review pack contents carefully before purchasing. Please note any purchase is strictly non-refundable, and the contents cannot be retroactively exchanged for the upcoming Series II versions.
Phase 2: Post-Transition & Rollout
Start Date: May 26, 2026 (Tuesday) onwards after Maintenance
- New “Series II” Items: We are adding updated tickets and selection boxes, including:
- Luxury Wing Summon Ticket II (1x & 11x)
- Golden Wing Summon Ticket II (1x & 11x)
- Luxury / Golden x11 Summon Ticket Selection Box II
- Rate Update: Moving forward, the summoning rates for these newly introduced Wing Tickets will be fully updated to match the KR service specifications.
- Shop Integration: The new “Series II” items will permanently replace the legacy tickets in all previously affected shop areas. Areas listed under “Unaffected Areas” during Phase 1 will remain unchanged.
Frequently Asked Questions & Important Notes
- What happens to my existing legacy Summon Tickets?
Legacy Summon Tickets will not be removed from your inventory. However, they will not be updated.
- Are these changes retroactive?
No. This change is not retroactive. Past purchases, existing packs, and legacy tickets will retain their original rates and specifications. - Will ongoing events or random boxes change?
Any events held prior to May 26, 2026, as well as existing Monthly/Seasonal Random Boxes, will continue to distribute legacy tickets. The new “Series II” tickets will be integrated into events starting after May 26, after Maintenance. - Will Battle Passes and War Passes be updated?
War Pass: The current War Pass [25S4] will not change. The updated tickets will be included starting with War Pass [26S5].
Battle Pass: We are aware that legacy tickets are currently included in Battle Pass [26S12]. We are finalizing a transition plan for this and will share details with you as soon as they are confirmed. - Are other ticket types affected?
No. This rate review and update strictly applies Wing Summon Tickets. No changes will be made to other ticket categories.
