Starting March 13, 2026, we will enforce a stricter community conduct policy to ensure the Granado Espada M Community Policy – Discord remains welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.

Important Notice

• This policy starts on March 13, 2026
• All matters before March 13th 2026, will no longer be valid for report/review
• All past offences and punishments will be removed
• Offences after March 13th 2026, will take effect with the new regulations

Our aim is not to penalize players, but to foster a positive and welcoming community environment.

Allowed Behavior

The following are encouraged in the community:

✅ Friendly discussions about the game
✅ Constructive criticism about gameplay or updates
✅ Healthy debates about builds, characters, and PvP
✅ Helping new players
✅ Sharing guides, tips, and strategies
✅ Memes and jokes (as long as they are respectful)

Not Allowed (Toxic Behaviour)

The following behaviour will not be tolerated:

• Harassing Messages: Sending hurtful, threatening, or abusive messages, often anonymously, via text or social media.
• Flaming: Engaging in online fights using extreme, vulgar, or rude language, particularly in chat rooms or forums.
• Spreading Rumours: Posting false information or embarrassing gossip online to shame a victim.
• Impersonation/Masquerading: Creating fake profiles or hacking into accounts to send embarrassing messages while pretending to be the victim.
• Outing/Doxing: Posting confidential, private, or humiliating photos and videos of a person without their consent.
• Exclusion: Intentionally leaving someone out of online groups, such as WhatsApp chats or gaming groups, to cause isolation.
• Online Gaming Bullying: Targeting, harassing, or using vulgar language against other players in online games
• Family References – Parents, siblings, partners, children, or “your mom” jokes are not allowed.
• Discrimination / Hate Speech – Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any hateful language.
• Sensitive Topics – Do not mock trauma, accidents, illness, disability, or personal life situations.
• Ignoring Boundaries – If someone asks you to stop, you stop.
• Rule Circumvention – Using coded words, nicknames, hints, or memes to bypass rules still counts as a violation.
• Spam / Flooding – Repeating insults, copy-paste roasting, or chat flooding.
• Cross-Platform Harassment – Do not chase or harass players in DMs, other servers, or social media.

⚠️ If a message can identify or target someone, it will be treated as a violation. Moderators will judge based on both intent and impact.

Penalty System

We will apply a progressive penalty system that refreshes only after a year.

Discretionary Approval: 

• All appeals are subject to the sole discretion and final approval of the PlayPark Game Management Team

Evidence Review: 

• PlayPark maintains that bans are only imposed with sufficient evidence.

Final Decision: 

• The result of the investigation conducted by PlayPark is final, and no further appeals will be entertained.

Non-Appealable Cases: 

• For certain violations, such as severe violations, community forum abuses, suspensions are permanent, and appeals are not accepted

Severe Violations

Immediate ban without warning. Severe cases include:

• Punishments are Temporary or Permanent Bans, depending on the severity of the matter.
• All Matters are subject to the sole discretion and final approval of the PlayPark Game Management Team.

Moderator Rights

Moderators reserves the rights to:

• Enforce community rules: Warn, mute, kick, or temporarily ban players who violate guidelines.
• Content moderation: Remove offensive posts, chats, or shared media.
• Boundary enforcement: Stop harassment by intervening in disputes and reminding players of rules.
• Escalation: Report serious cases (e.g., threats, doxxing) to game masters/company staff.
• Documentation: Collect evidence (screenshots, logs) for internal review or external reporting.

⚠️ Moderators cannot pursue legal remedies themselves — they act as the first line of defense to maintain a safe environment reporting to the GMs & CMs.

Game Master Rights

Playpark & GM reserves the rights to:

• Account enforcement: Issue suspensions, permanent bans, or revoke access to services.
• Policy creation: Define Terms of Service (ToS) and community standards that legally bind players.
• Data handling: Investigate reports using server logs, chat histories, and account information.
• Cross-platform action: Coordinate with other platforms if harassment extends beyond the game.
• Legal escalation: File police reports or cooperate with authorities under POHA if harassment, doxxing, or threats occur.
• Victim support: Provide reporting channels, safety resources, and liaise with law enforcement when necessary.
