This week’s update introduces Server Fixes and Bug Fixes for a smoother gameplay experience and introduces New Valuable Time-limited In-game Packs to support your journey in the world of GEM.
✅ Server Merge Character Selection
Due to technical issues, the Server Merge has been postponed to a later date. Today, we will share information and guidance regarding Server Merge Character Selection.
Starting on today, Pioneers can choose their preferred Account (Server Character) after the Merge. Please Tick and Select which Server’s Family Character to save and continue using after the Server Merge.
Important Info:
- The Server (and the Characters) NOT selected will be lost after the Merge. So, choose wisely.
- If a selection is not done, whichever Family Level is Higher is automatically saved.
- Selection Period: 24 February – 02 March 2026 (Pioneers are advised to select as soon as possible to avoid any issue)
- Server Merge Date: 03 March 2026

🔧 Server Stabilization and Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug affecting server stability for players. Please take note that temporary lag may apply.
- Bug fixes were done to optimize gameplay issues.
Additional Information:
- Faction rewards have already been distributed today. Leaders must allocate these rewards to members immediately, no later than February 26, 2026, at 1:00 AM (GMT+8), to avoid automatic equal distribution.
