GEM Patch Updates – 23 December 2025

We sincerely thank you for your continued patience and support. Due to an unexpected technical issue, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Season Server launch to a later date. This choice was not made lightly, and we understand the excitement and anticipation surrounding the new season. Our priority is to ensure the best and most stable experience for everyone once it goes live.

While the Season Server launch has been postponed, today’s update will still proceed and includes the following content and improvements:

• 🐾 New Pets

• 🎁 New Katovik II Login Rewards

• 🛠️ Server Fixes and Bug Fixes for a smoother gameplay experience

• ⏳ New Valuable Time-Exclusive In-Game Packs

⚠️ Current Issue (Android)

We would also like to inform you of a current issue affecting Android users:

• Android players are currently unable to log in using their mobile devices.

• As a temporary workaround, players may access the game via PC here.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused—especially for those who primarily play on mobile. We understand how frustrating this situation can be, and we truly appreciate your patience.

Please rest assured that our team is working diligently to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We will provide updates the moment more information becomes available.

🔧 Server Stabilization and Bug Fixes

Introduced new server-side adjustments in order to ensure a stable, smooth and optimized gameplay experience.

Additional bug fixes were done to optimize gameplay issues.

❗Known Issues & Fixes

Arena, Faction, and Title Issues – As there is ongoing technical issues, Arena opening will be delayed. We will share a re-opening date, once we can confirm the details. Both Issues with Faction and Title is also tied to Arena, hence, we are looking into fixing this issue as soon as possible.
