GEM Patch Updates – 21 April 2026

 ⚔️ Greetings, Pioneers! 

In this Update, New Re-Trial Ticket; New Quality of Life Changes; New Server and Bug Fixes for a smoother gameplay experience; and introduces New Time-limited In-game Packs have been added to support your journey in the world of GEM. 

🎫 Special Re-trial Ticket 

The highly anticipated Re-trial tickets are here. Enjoy this free chance to try your luck and get some great rewards. 

Important Information  

• Two Types of Re-trial Ticket is given. 
• Pet Re-trial Ticket x1  
• Wing Re-trial Ticket x1  
• There are Three Rarities of Re-trial Ticket (Epic, Legendary, and Mythic).  
• The rarity players get is determined by the data extracted from their respective probability.  
• For Pet Re-trial Ticket, the Pet Combination Data is used  For Wing Re-Trial Ticket, Andre Box Data is used.  
• Regardless of Success or Failure, the Highest Rarity Attempted by these data will be used to distribute the Correct Rarity of the Re-trial Tickets.  
• For example, if a player were to combine Legendary Pets into Mythic, it does not matter whether the Combination is successful or fails, the data recorded will register it as, Mythic. Hence, the player will get a FREE Mythic Re-trial Ticket. 

❗Important Information – We would also like to share that Re-trial Tickets are NOT Guaranteed Tickets. They are challenge tickets with the hope of getting the higher tier rarity. Thank you. 

UPDATE: ➡️ We are aware and are investigating the below Issues. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding on this issue.

• Season 2 – Season 2 Server Players not receiving Re-Trial Tickets. ⬅️UPDATE: Players can re-login to access this reward.
• Pet Re-Trial Tickets – Rarity of Re-Trial Tickets do not match with reported data.

New time-limited packs have been introduced in the shop in this update.

• Added new server-side adjustments in order to ensure a stable, smooth and optimized gameplay experience. 
• Several Server Bugs were fixed to optimize gameplay issues regarding server compatibility.  
• Crest High Enhancement Stone – Crest High Enhancement Stones have been added into Crafting. Players may now craft these stones using Normal, Crest Enhancement Stones. 
• Legendary Collection – Please note that Legendary Equipment have been added into the collection system. However, the collection is not comprehensive. If there is any issue regarding this system, please share us your feedback and reports. Thank you.  
• Localisation – Several Localisation and Translation changes have been made including for the items of:

  • Milky Way’s Protection 
  • Hero Pieces 
  • Safety Enhancement Potion 
  • Exclusive Crafting Tool
